1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services and deliveries by Matthias Schultner (photography, film, prints, courses and coaching).
2. Offers and contract
Offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded by written confirmation or when the work begins.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction unless agreed otherwise.
4. Copyright and usage rights
Copyright in all photographs and films remains with the author. The type, duration and scope of use are set out in the offer. Any further use requires written consent.
5. Courses and coaching
Registrations are binding. Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the start; after that the full fee may be charged. Statutory withdrawal rights of consumers remain unaffected.
6. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory provisions protecting consumers remain unaffected.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Wiener Neustadt, where legally permissible.
